Breaking free learning collaborative
A space to learn, unlearn, and transform
This isn’t about checking a box. It’s about changing the game.
A space to learn, unlearn, and transform. The Breaking Free from Nicotine Learning Collaborative brings together health workers, community leaders, and advocates to co-create culturally responsive, liberation-centered approaches to nicotine care. Together, we examine root causes, center lived experience, and reimagine healing and justice in African American communities.
What Makes It Unique:
- Rooted in cultural humility and racial justice
- Grounded in lived experience, not just theory
- Designed to shift systems—not just services
- Deeper understanding of the historical and systemic roots of nicotine-related harm
- Tools to design and deliver culturally responsive interventions
- A network of aligned changemakers
